Island Brook is a small community of one hundred twenty-five homes built just outside the city limits of Hendersonville, TN in Sumner County. The Home Owner’s Association is managed by a board of 9 elected members.  The property management company is Timmons Properties Inc.

Island Brook is a dynamic community that helps one other out via a neighborhood watch program and with events scheduled throughout the year such as Halloween activities, barbecues and community-wide garage sales in the spring and fall.
